With the cloud version of Business Central, your team will need to accept a partner relationship agreement from Microsoft. This allows our team to provide you with licenses and access your environments for support. To do this, our team will send you a link that your admin will need to click and accept the agreement.
Best way to know if you'll like the new partner is to give them a try! Our partner switch clients like the idea of doing a small project or piece of support for them to test the waters and make sure they like our quality of work. If after the first support, you are free to use us as much as you need.
